Need vaccination: These results appear to be negative, indicating you are not immune to rubella. The OD ratio is one of the less common ways of measuring IgG and IgM. The usual report is in IU/mL (international units per milliliter). Please review with your doctor or local health department. I believe they will advise getting vaccinated before attempting pregnancy. Good luck!
