Don't fret: Those dates are more often "best consumed by" suggestions and meant to assure the freshness and flavor of the item.I can see no reason it would harm your baby.

No: I wouldn't worry. The expiration dates tell when the chocolate begins to lose flavor - it might start changing color or even get a bad taste, but that's about it. If it tastes bad, throw it out. It will not develop toxins or anything else to harm you or your baby.
