Stress: pregnancy: Constant stress/anxiety is not unusual in pregnancy, especially with a "first pregnancy", but this has not statistically been proven to cause serious problems with fetal development, unless accompanied by eating disorders: nutritional deficiencies can cause serious problems in pregnancy. See your OB physician and discuss possible therapies .
