Subconjunctival heme: I'd recommend an eye exam by your eye doctor and your medical doctor. Most of the time these hemorrhages happen spontaneously, but they can occur from valsalva maneuvers (coughing, sneezing, vomiting, lifting a heavy weight, straining in the bathroom, etc), high blood pressure, bleeding disorders or blood thinners. They will resolve on their own.
