Probably normal: All persons, when looked at closely, have blood vessels coursing over the surface of the whiles of the eyes. There is some variation from person to person. Rarely they are so plentiful that it looks as if the eyes are red. If no one comments upon your eyes, they are probably OK (try comparing yours to others). If you have a dense collection, laser tratment is possible to lower the density.
