what is causing my eyes to feel dry? they hurt almost all the time.why does it seem like they have blood vessels bursting in them all the time?

Many factors..... : Working on the computer all day will cause the eyes to be red and fatigued. There are also some medicines that affect the tear production , namely anti- histamines among others.
