Varicose veins: Varicose veins are related to incompetent valves allowing blood to reflux and not empty in the veins. They are not related to tight hamstrings.

Nope: Tight hamstrings can lead to leg or back pain , and increase the risk for sports injuries but they have no effect on varicose veins. Varicose veins are related to incompetent valves allowing blood to reflux and not empty in the veins.
