Possibly: Dentist supervised whitening systems are light years more effective than strips. Ask your Dentist for help. Do NOT remove retainers to wear strips, or teeth can shift. Wait at least 3 months after braces removed before doing whitening to allow enamel around braces to fully remineralization.
