I've been getting a pain up my right hand side that goes up my arm back and into my neck and head. what do i have?

Cervical spine neural outlet tracts suspect, as is impingement within shoulder region; called thoracic outlet syndrome (tos). Physiatrists ; osteopaths can discern. Electrodiagnostic tests provide info. Unfortunately, neurologists often skeptical of tos.
