63 yr old male. vertebrae hurts to the touch at back of neck. pain and occasional numbness in left arm and hand. headache in the back of lower head.

Evaluation needed: But you already knew that. I would recommend seeing your regular doctor, getting an xray of your neck. You will likely also need a few more tests including an MRI and emg/ncs. This will help understand whether you have a herniated disc, and pinched nerve. Good luck!
