Numbness tingling: 32 F Notes: I'm having numbness/tingling in both hands/arms. Also minor headache (back of head) and blurry vision and slight neck pain. Ideas? ANS: suspect hyperventilation. Try rebreathing in a paper bag for 3-4 minutes when spells come on. If gets better then likely Hypervent. Discuss with your team.
