I brush my teeth twice a day i don't know what it is if i go to the dentist what will the dentist do to remove it?

Dont quite understan: Your question. The purpose of a cleaning / check up is for the dentist to perform an exam , xrays if needed, and cleaning / polishing of your teeth. Just because one brushes two times a day doesn't mean that there can't be deposits or other problems with the teeth or gums. Hope this helps.
