Yes!: Working out is a fantastic way to feel better emotionally & to reduce anxiety. Here are more techniques. If you are experiencing acute anxiety one simple technique you can use is deep breathing exercises. Breath in deeply & slowly through your nostrils. Fill your lungs (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold air in lungs for a five count. Exhale slowly through an open mouth. >.

Exercise and anxiety: Yes, working out does help reduce anxiety and depression. When you work out there us a change on brain biochemistry. In addition , there is a sense of accomplishment which makes people feel better.
