See eye dr.: It might be time to see an Opthalmologist which is an MD who specializes in eyes. This is different than a Optometrist who can do eye exams for prescription glasses. The Opthalmologist will look not only at your eyes, but will look at your retina and discuss your history to see if there might be something going on in the visual tract of your brain. Use a blue light filter for your screens.
