I had anti-e antibody and healthy pregnancies then after 6 years recieve dianosis of ankylosing spondylitis and ms. weird because all antibody tests are neg. wrong diagnosis?

Whoa: I'm glad you made it thruogh your pregnancy despite sensitization with anti-e; usually this is not a problem. Ankylosing spondylitis and multiple sclerosis are not diagnosed on the basis of antibody levels. Perhaps you can have a talk with your own physician. Both diagnoses must be established with care as both are targets for today's high-tech treatments. Stay proactive.

MS diagnosis- right?: How do you know if you have MS? Certain symptoms and test results help. Vitamin D is important for this. Antibody tests are not helpful for diagnosing MS, unless you consider oligoclonal bands. Ankylosing spondylitis can be a tough diagnosis to make even with blood tests et al.
