All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Not feasible to specify based on your scanty post. Not clear if you possess a co-morbidity in addition to MS, or if you do not have MS, and instead have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Have a thorough conference with your doctors to decide the next steps.
