Isolate more pure: Whey protein concentrate is 70-85% protein, with the remainder containing lactose (sugar), fats like cholesterol & other milk proteins. Isolates are more pure, generally 90-94% protein.I advise isolates from grass-fed cows not given hormones & processed at low temperature, such as whey cool by designs for health.
