I'm confused. they say it's 14 g fiber for every 1, 000 cals. but i will have had 1, 350 but still be at around 27 grams of fiber cause we eat mainly ea whole grain. does it matter really?

Constipation: Might result from not eating enough fiber and you might get gas and bloating and abdominal pain after a while. It does not matter what type of fiber, you just need enough fiber. Of course, the better quality grain is better fiber. Like white bread really has no fiber at all.So it is really good that you eat whole grains.

Not that much: Just eat healthy foods...They naturally have enough fiber in them...You do not have to measure the fiber amount all that exactly. Eat fruits and vegetables for a third or half of your plate with each meal and you will do fine as long as you avoid or minimize animal -based foods...Meats of any kind and any fried foods and refined sugars(sweets and sugary beverages).
