Best exercse low key: It is important to eat enough to maintain basal body wt (or just keep your body going) if you eat less your metabolic rate goes down and body feels you are starving and hangs on to all its energy. Also walking is the best exercise .too vigerous exercise stresses you out , your cortisol gores up and you store fat.
