How long has it been: Going on? Did they check for the pancreas? Doe he have round or hard stools or strain to poop? The alk phos is elevated because he is growing and that is normal. Lymphs are ok. If your doctor can't figure it out he should see a gastroenterologist. He might need an upper endoscopy and/or a colonoscopy. Is he under a lot of stress? Than can cause this kind of problem too. Rule out physical 1st.
