Gallbladder may contribute to your symptoms among many other possibilities. However it will be highly unusual for gallbladder to cause left upper chest pain and follow up with your primary care doc or gastroenterologist would be best in completing a meaningful workup. Musculoskeletal or vascular sources for the pain are relatively common, difficult to diagnose otherwise.

No. GB would have shown up on CT. Might have Hiatal hernia or esophagitis. Pl see a GI MD
