Get 2nd opinion: The stomach and small intestine are not usually cultured for bacteria such as these, and the daignosis can't be made without culture. If this is a diagnosis presented to you by an independent medical thinker, perhaps with a diagnosis of "gut dysbiosis", get with a scientific practitioner instead. These practitioners are often sincere but I believe they're misguided.
