Gastroparesis: Symptoms sound like gastroparesis, slow stomach emptying.Can cause bloating, vomiting, nausea, stomach spasms, excessive burping/gas, mild abdominal pain. Gastroparesis caused by viral infections, scar tissue, previous stomach surgery, some medications, neurologic problems, and endocrine problems including diabetes, adrenal problems, and thyroid disease. 60% without known etiology.Have seen in autism.

Yeast possible: Depending on his diet and overall GI function , one possibility is over growth of yeast in GI tract. Poor digestion (poor enzyme function) can cause dysbiosis and yeast overgrowth. Is he on probiotics?Cfgf diet?
