Neti Pot Cleaning: I would follow the directions that came with your neti pot (dish washing liquid, isopropyl alcohol/white vinegar, microwaving). You can find them online if you no longer have them. The bleach may damage the plastic of the neti pot, or the residue could harm your sinuses. I would stick to what the company suggests.

No: If you rinse it well with regular water so you do not get the bleach into your nose it should be fine.
