No: Leprosy is VERY difficult to transmit. Your ear is at any rate well protected with skin. You could however irritate your canal/drum with bleach! Don't use it in ears. Vinegar and alcohol mix will treat most any external ear infection. But if you see and feel nothing, do nothing!
