Chest pain: It can be from your lungs but can also be musculoskeletal pain. A pain on inspiration is more indicative of a lung problem. You should have your doctor listen to your lungs and see what is going on.

Clear EKG (6 times), Chest Xray, Echo, Stress Test, Endoscopy (small ulcer), Ultrasound - Still chest pain and shortness of breath, even hard to sleep. Worried it is still my heart. Lungs sound good. Really just tired of all pain.
Every time I move, take a deep breath I get a dull like ache pain in my chest, (around the heart area). I thought it might be muscle pain. But worried?
I lose my breath at times when i'm talking, my chest gets tight when i'm walking but i feel good after walking a mile I do smoke , is it heart disease.
