36 m - no prior heart problems. had heart murmur when i was a kid then closed. been having aching paint left side chest nipple area comes and goes. went to heart doc they listened to lungs and said was clear. could it be muscular? bp is good?

The deep structure just below that area is where the swallow tube enters the stomach. It is just behind & to the left of the heart. Occasional backflow of stomach acid can cause intermittent /stabbing or gnawing pain. At your listed age this is the likely cause.
