3 cardioligst they all clear me of my heart did many tests is all good but i still have left side chest pain and shold and ribs sore if i stretch ?

Not cardiac: Cardiac is normally substernal pain with radiation. Your complaint could be related to work, over exercise, injury etc. I would suggest x-ray of shoulder and rib series to see if any underlying problem is found. If negative, then you should see your pcp for a muscle relaxor and pain medication. Rest would help to. Pain on inspiration (not mentioned) would be something different entirely.

Not cardiac: This sounds like muskoloskeletal pain. Try a short course of anti-inflammatory agents such as motrin.
