Hold mayo, carrots: Jumbo jack without cheese has 600 calories. Subtract 90 cal if you hold the mayo. To lose weight, you would try to eat fewer calories (1200-1500 per day). A serving of mini carrots is only 35 calories. Make your own sandwich with wheat bread, ham and mustard (200 cal). Learn to love green beans, veggies, and protein. You can do it.

Eat less Jumbo Jacks: And only eat half of the bun. Don't use drive-through. Instead walk to your fast food restaurant. Add salads, raw vegetables, and fruit. Use vinegar & a little oil as salad dressing.
