Although have a high fibre diet with rice ,still get constipation which lasts for 5-7 days at a time regularly although i do admit eat chicken and pork twice a day .senokot works next day but don't want to keep taking it as want natural,ideas please?

Constipation.: I would start by changing the type of fiber that you are getting in your diet. Rice in general is not usually a high-fiber food. Better would be some type of cereal grain. There are many different high-fiber cereals available. You could even consider adding psyllium fiber to your diet as a supplement. Drink plenty of liquid. If this does not help, see your doctor.
