No: The frickle is probably a choroidal nevus or mole & a second opinion is good. Floaters are sign of vitreous detachment, a normal phenomenon, a little early for your age.. But if you vision is blurred and eye is painful must see your eye md asap to rule out retinal tears or detachment. Please also see your family dr for pain on swallowing, an endoscopy will rule out any rare relationship.

No: The eye pain and floaters are probably not related to the 'freckle' and are not normal. A choridal nevus is a freckle in the choroid the layer under the retina covering the inside of the eye. Most are benign but need to be monitored. A retinal exam and a bscan ultrasound can give clues if it is a melanoma (malignant tumor). A second opinion is a good idea in this case.
