I am experiencing cloudy/hazy/blurry/see-through spots in my vision that move around like floaters whenever i swing my eyes from left to right, or look at brighter light. are these floaters, or could this be something related to or on my cornea?

They are most likely floaters in the vitreous of the eye, to be sure get a dilated exam by an ophthalmologist.
