Possible Floaters: Floaters are alway a sign of possible retinal tear or detachment and must be evaluated by an Opthalamologist immediately

Might be: Any significant change in vision needs to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. Floaters and seeing "spots" may indicate a retinal tear.
