Maybe: Fibroids are very common in women, reported to occur in up to 70% of all women. The issues is whether or not symptoms are present. Common symptoms are abnormal bleeding, pelvic pressure, pelvic pain, menstrual cramps and changes in menstrual flow. There are 2.54 cm per inch for comparison so this fibroid is approximately 6x6x1 cm in size. Not huge but not small. The key is symptoms.
