Docs say mri look like ovariancyst scheduled ultrasound. pic of mri is on my profile pic. is it the big white thing by tailbone? is fibroid possible?

Fibroid: Can't see picture well, but a fibroid is usually dark signal, not bright. Cystic structures are bright signal on T2 weighted images, so that big white thing may indeed be a cyst. Ovaries are potentially mobile, so could extend behind the uterus as well. US is the appropriate next test, as your doc has already scheduled.
