Peanut butter: Peanut butter and jelly do not make for the best diet. You would be far better off with 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables split up whatever when works for you. Peanut butter is a food very high in fat, so it will add lots of calories (9 calories/gram of fat). Jelly is all sugar and adds 4 calories per gram. Peanut butter has protein, which jelly does not.
