Vegetarian Diet: I commend you for being Vegetarian and eating low fat balanced diet for Good Health. Do not feel deprived of Pleasures of foods what you enjoy including peanut butter and peanuts. Have balanced diet of 1500 Cal/day. Eat small portions Be aware of impulses, frustration, boredom, loneliness, or any unpleasant feeling leading to eat which you later regret. Health is Wealth!
