Best exercise: The best exercise is the one you will do! find activities that you enjoy. Take turns doing activities that exercise your muscles, build strength, work out your heart (aerobic exercise) and increase your flexibility (yoga, stretching). These can be organized sports, individual training, fun workouts with a friend, whatever gets you up out of the chair and doing something!
