Concussion: A concussion is a traumatic brain injury. You do not have to be knocked out to have a concussion. A headache, dizziness, disorientation, lack of ability to concentrate, difficulty sleeping, irritability, increased symptoms with activity all may signal a concussion. The treatment for concussion is brain and physical rest unless serious or unrelenting symptoms. Should be evaluated if any concerns.
