It depends: It depends on how hard you hit your head. Signs of concussion are dizziness, headache, difficulty concentrating, nausea, light sensitivity, vomiting, to name a few. If you're not experiencing any of these symptoms, and only have mild pain where you hit your head, it's unlikely you would develop a concussion from that collision.
