Is it normal for a concussion headache to feel better and go worse? it goes back and fourth in severity. i hit the crown of my head 3 days ago. i also just slightly hit the back of my head this morning so could be causing my headache to be worse also?

Appears you have acquired post-traumatic headaches, and if these are frequent and debilitating, you should see your regular doctor and have appropriate interventions commenced.
