Yes: A concussion is a diagnosis by exclusion. It is the presence of lingering symptoms after a head injury without abnormal radiographic findings. Symptoms can include headache, dizziness, or vomiting. You should see a physician for guidance and depending on your symptoms may need a brain ct scan or mri.
