Usually not.: If you didn't loose your consciousness, have dizziness. blurry vision. or weakness of face, arms, or or legs, then headaches alone would usually last for a period of weeks and disappear. Headache like yours lasting for months are rare and do not necessarily recur.

I was hit in the head at a boxing match and started to get a mild headache about 30 minutes after, lasting about 2 weeks (only symptom). It has cleared now and I've started fighting again. Could this be a concussion? And have I gone back too soon?

I tried MMA for 2 weeks and may have gotten a mild concussion. Felt stunned, but nothing after & no headache. I continued going to class & getting hit in the head. I stopped now, but could this have initiated CTE by not letting the concussion heal?
