Anything is possible: Sounds unlikely, though. If one's car is at 5-10 mph and and hits curb-height concrete, that is not as much of a sudden impact as hitting a building pier. Passengers should not be worried about a concussion. Otherwise, we humans would be getting concussions often, during various sports activities. Fortunately, we're tougher than that. If a person has symptoms, a doctor can check for a concussion.
