Heart rate stuff: This is one of a great many different ways of estimating cardiac fitness from heart rate, popular in france and seemingly intended for elite athletes. If somebody has told you that your result means you should not do your fitness activities, get a 2nd opinion. If somebody has told you that it means you should do fitness activities, you already knew that. Go out and enjoy.
