I smoke 2-4 methol per day (some days none at all). stopped last saturday night- need to pass a urine test which i am thinking is sensitive how long do i need to be smoke free to pass. i know smoking is bad?

Up to 4 days: Usually nicotine or cotinine may be detectable up to 4 days post last smoking. Longer, up to about 10 days, in blood samples. Can have false positive if exposure to exposure to heavy second hand smoke

Cotinine test: Are you asking us how to cheat the test? Providers usually look to lab tests to help get a handle on a person's health, not to be tricked.
