Likely good: IgG to rubella rises if you have had the disease or the vaccine in the past. A high IgM level would mean there is active or a recent (months) infection. If you have a protective ( high) IgG rubella titer you never have to worry about getting rubella during pregnancy and that disease hurting the baby (real bad stuff).
