Depends on problem: Why did you have an endoscopy before? It could be related to your current issue. The gas could come from certain foods you eat, swallowing air when you eat, could be a condition called non-ulcer dyspepsia or other reasons. You could eat smaller bites of food and eat more slowly, you could keep a food diary to see if certain foods make you gassy, and you can try simethicone to break up the gas.
