A member asked:

Constant ache in right hand side abdomen half way up ribs, combined with throat spasm, and burping. made worse by lying or leaning. passing gas also!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exam needed: These symptoms and their location suggest liver or gall bladder origin. Appendicitis symptoms are usually in the right lower abdomen. I recommend that you be examined by your physician and appropriate testing will be done. Referral may be made to an abdominal surgeon or gastroenterologist depending upon the findings.
