Hello. Please may you help. I have a left side chest pain that gets worse after eating. Chest tightness. Difficulty swallowing and sore throat. Upper back pain. Left side head pain. A lot of belching and burping and passing gas. Uneasy stomach pain.
Have GERD, noticed something that feels like obstruction in my throat that gets better when I burp. I also get sore throat and rib pain on both sides.

Age 54 M My acidity or gastritis is worsening. My whole body aches and I feel sharp pain in my heart and liver area and also on the lower abdomen. It comes & soon as I release gas through belching or a burp the pain settles down. Tests to do ? Thx?
