Gas Pain ?: Did not say which side. Sounds like gas under diaphragm. When you breathe diaphragm flattens pushing upper abdomen organs down compressing gas thus pain radiating up into chest/shoulder. Splenic (left) or hepatic (right) flex urge syndrome ?
